Football Foundation ‘Grow the Game’ at Holmfirth Town JFC
Holmfirth Town Junior Football Club would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Football Foundation who have supported the club through their ‘Grow The Game’ grant funding scheme.
The ‘Grow the Game’ Scheme provides grants of up to £1,500 for the creation of new football teams and coaching qualifications, with money provided by The FA. Funding is provided for projects that use football to increase participation by both players and volunteers.
The funding received by the club has helped tremendously with a variety of costs such as facility hire, hire of FA qualified coaches, referees fees, CRB checks, affiliation fees, league entry, first aid kits, promotion and publicity, FA coaching courses, additional courses and football kit and equipment.
All the boys, coaches, volunteers and parents wish England all the best in the World Cup in Russia – bring it home!
