Holmfirth Town are back: ‘fun/excitement and creativity’ for our children
I’m delighted to announce that we’re back!
Hurrah!
Whilst we are an FA Charter Standard Club, we are also a voluntary organisation, so please bear with the coaches as we return, and help them out by briefing your own children in what is required in this the ‘new normal’.
I’m delighted to tell you of three major developments in the club.
- We are going to offer U4/5 football FREE. Please tell your friends. And I’ll take the training myself so the youngsters of Holmfirth have a UEFA B licence and Barcelona level one qualified coach to hopefully give them their best start to their football, and motor skills life.
- We are going to start our adults team again this season with our reformed U17 team, plus, hopefully a couple of adults to help them through.
- The 4G pitch inevitably has been delayed – though we do expect it to be built for next season.

Main Club and First Team Sponsor
I want to make adults football as near as we can to zero cost for our young players – which will be your children sooner than you know! – in those years from age 16/17 when children start to stand on their own two feet and money is tight. We need a main club sponsor with their name on the first team shirts to do just that.
U4/5 Sponsor
A company to have their name promoted as the one providing that free U4/5 football.
U12 Team Sponsor
We are seeking a sponsor to have their name on the U12 team kits.
